Caravaggi hammer mills are designed to ensure efficient and uniform grinding of grain for animal feed. Thanks to their robustness and processing technology, these machines are the ideal solution for farms of all sizes, ensuring a high production yield and excellent finished product quality.
There are two models available in the Caravaggi range:
- M120: Equipped with 120 hammers and a working width of 50 cm, this model is perfect for those who need effective and versatile grinding.
- M170: Equipped with 172 hammers and a width of 70 cm, the M170 model is ideal for higher production and intensive grinding.
Both models are supplied with:
- Hopper with magnets for removing ferrous materials, thus protecting the internal mechanism.
- Vacuum fan for effective suction and discharge of the grain.
- Dust cyclone to reduce dust emissions during processing.
- Discharge screw 1.7 m high to facilitate the transfer of processed material.
Caravaggi hammer mills can be customised with various options to meet the needs of livestock farmers:
- Interchangeable refining screens with holes ranging from 3 to 25 mm, to obtain the desired particle size based on the nutritional needs of the animals.
- Volumetric hopper for loading with a telescopic handler.
- Customisable discharge augers (fixed or folding) up to 4.2 m in height, for greater adaptation to storage facilities.
Standard mills are designed for use with tractor power take-off and equipped with a hydrodynamic coupling with soft start function, which ensures a gradual start-up, avoiding mechanical stress. Alternatively, they can also be supplied with electric motors, ensuring operational flexibility and energy savings.
