VAGLIO 3000

The VAGLIO3000 is an industrial drum screener from the Caravaggi range, designed primarily for medium-sized composting plants.

The VAGLIO3000 is equipped with a loading auger that allows the operator to feed the screener in a consistent and uniform manner, preventing overloads. The screening drum of the VAGLIO3000, measuring 3550mm in length with an internal working diameter of 1670mm, features an internal spiral that facilitates the advancement of the material toward the discharge conveyor.

The screening drum is made up of 10 interchangeable panels, with hole sizes that can vary according to customer requirements.

The processed material is divided into two fractions: the screened material falls by gravity onto the conveyor belt system and is discharged to the side, while the coarse material is discharged at the rear.

In addition to diesel and electric versions, the VAGLIO3000 is also available with tractor PTO, for which a power output of 120hp is recommended to fully exploit the machine’s capabilities.

The VAGLIO3000 drum screener is supplied with the following standard equipment:

• Loading hopper with a capacity of 3.5m3
• 1500mm loading auger with adjustable speed
• Interchangeable screening panels
• Agricultural chassis without brakes
• Mechanical stabilizers

As an alternative, the VAGLIO3000 can be supplied with an agricultural twin-axle chassis with air brakes or with high-speed chassis approved for 80 km/h for road traffic.
