VAGLIO 1500

The VAGLIO1500 model is the smallest drum screener in the Caravaggi range which makes compactness one of its main features. It is designed primarily for small composting centres.

The VAGLIO1500 is equipped with a loading auger that allows the operator to feed the screener in a consistent and uniform manner, preventing overloads. The screening drum of the VAGLIO1500, measuring 1920 mm in length with an internal working diameter of 1670mm, features an internal spiral that facilitates the advancement of the material toward the discharge conveyor.

The screening drum is made up of 5 interchangeable panels, with hole sizes that can vary according to customer requirements.

The processed material is divided into two fractions: the screened material falls by gravity onto the conveyor belt system and is discharged to the side, while the coarse material is discharged at the rear.

In addition to diesel and electric versions, the VAGLIO1500 is also available with tractor PTO, for which a power output of 100hp is recommended to fully exploit the machine’s capabilities.

The VAGLIO1500 drum screener is supplied with the following standard equipment:

• Loading hopper with a capacity of 3.5m3
• 1500mm loading auger with adjustable speed
• Interchangeable screening panels
• Agricultural chassis without brakes
• Mechanical stabilizers

As an alternative, the VAGLIO1500 can be supplied with high-speed chassis for road traffic at 80 km/h.
