Straw choppersThe TPF8 is a shredder from the Caravaggi range.
It is designed for biomass management in agriculture and for processing animal litter.
This machine is ideal for shredding and chopping hay and straw, optimizing the storage process and improving its use in the livestock sector.
The TPF8 model is available with different engine options to meet operators’ various needs:
- Three-phase electric motors with power ranging from 18 kW to 22 kW
- Tractor PTO for 30–60 HP tractors
The TPF8 model differs from the lower model due to its larger hopper (800 mm) and more powerful engines, which ensure higher performance.
The shredding system of the TPF8 consists of a double-disc rotor with a diameter between 770 and 785 mm, 48 blades and 8 flakers.
Depending on the operator’s needs, the output material size can be adjusted. This is made possible by a refining screen, available in various sizes, from 8 mm to 70 mm.
