BIO 600
Bio-shreddersThe BIO600 model is a professional bio-shredder from the Caravaggi range.
It features a large feed intake that allows shredding of material up to 150mm in diameter. The BIO600 is also equipped with a steel infeed chain that assists the operator in feeding the bio-shredder.
In addition to diesel and electric versions, the BIO600 bio-shredder is also available in a tractor PTO version, which is recommended to be used with tractors with 60–80hp to fully exploit its capabilities.
The BIO600 bio-shredder comes with the following standard equipment:
- Rotor with 60 floating hammers
- Side chipper
- Steel infeed chain
- Swivelling fifth wheel
- Agricultural chassis without brakes
- Refining screen
- Rubber discharge conveyor at 2m
- Electronic control NO-STRESS
As an alternative, the BIO600 bio-shredder can be supplied with a crawler undercarriage, which can be controlled via wire or remote control.
Regarding the cutting system, instead of the standard rotor with 60 floating hammers, the BIO600 can also be equipped with a blade rotor, suitable for the production of wood chips.
Another available accessory for the BIO600 is an oversized rubber discharge conveyor, which allows the material to be discharged at a height of 2.7 meters.
