BIO 55
Bio-shreddersThe BIO55 model is a domestic chipper from the Caravaggi range.
It features a mixed cutting system, consisting of a single-blade cutting disc assisted by 6 hammers that further shred the material and support the discharge. The BIO55 chipper can be equipped with a screen, allowing the operator to achieve uniform wood chips.
Unlike the BIO50 model, the BIO55 chipper features a belt transmission, thereby reducing stress on the engine shaft and rotor.
The BIO55 chipper is available with petrol engines of various power outputs, as well as electric motors:

- Petrol engine HONDA GX160 – 5hp
- Petrol engine HONDA GX200 – 6 hp
- Electric motor 220V – 2,2 kW
