BIO 300

It features a large feed opening that allows shredding of material up to 150mm in diameter. In versions with a homologated high-speed chassis (both petrol and diesel), the BIO300 bio-shredder has a total weight of under 750 kg, allowing it to be towed with a simple B driving license.

All motorized versions of the BIO300 are equipped with engines that comply with the latest emission standards (IE4 – Stage V).

In addition to petrol, electric, and diesel versions, the BIO300 is also available in a tractor PTO version, for which a tractor with 40–70hp is recommended in order to fully exploit the machine’s potential.

The standard equipment of the BIO300 bio-shredder includes:

• Rotor with 40 floating hammers
• Feed roller speed control system to adjust wood chip size
• Agricultural chassis without brakes
• Refining screen

The BIO300 bio-shredder can also be equipped with the electronic control system NO-STRESS, which prevents overloading of the shredder and the engine, as well as a homologated high-speed chassis.

As an alternative, the BIO300 bio-shredder can be supplied with a tracked undercarriage, operated via wire or remote control.

Regarding the cutting system, as an alternative to the standard rotor with 40 floating hammers, the BIO300 can be equipped with a mixed rotor with 6 blades and 24 hammers.
