BIO 190
Bio-shreddersThe BIO190 model is a disc chipper from the Caravaggi range.
It features a mixed cutting system consisting of a chipping disc with 3 blades and 24 hammers that further chop the material and it is capable of chipping material up to 120mm in diameter.
The BIO190 can be equipped with various HONDA petrol engines:
- HONDA GX390 11.5hp engine, available with either ripping or electric start
- HONDA GX630 20hp engine, with electric start
In addition to the petrol versions, the BIO190 chipper is also available in a tractor PTO version (recommended tractor power: 15–35hp to fully exploit its capabilities) and with an 11 kW three-phase electric motor. For low-power tractors, the centrifugal version is recommended.
The BIO190 chipper comes with the following standard equipment:
- Chipping disc with 3 reversible blades + 24 hammers
- 3-wheel manual chassis with drawbar
The BIO190 model can also be equipped with a refining screen to obtain a more homogeneous output material.
As an alternative, the BIO190 chipper can be supplied with a 4-wheel manual chassis, an agricultural chassis without brakes or a homologated high-speed chassis.
