BIO 930

It features a large infeed opening of 1250x450mm, primarily designed for composting operations (contracting) or for municipalities.

The BIO930 is equipped with a steel loading chain that assists the operator in feeding the bio-shredder, allowing loading by crane or wheeled loaders.

Thanks to the availability of various types of hammers, the Caravaggi BIO930 bio-shredder can process a wide range of materials: not only green waste, bark, wood processing residues, hay, straw, and corn stalks, but also bitumen sheething.

In addition to diesel and electric versions, the BIO930 bio-shredder is also available in a tractor PTO version, for which a power of 150hp is recommended to fully exploit its capabilities.

The BIO930 bio-shredder is supplied with the following standard equipment:

• Rotor with 22 or 44 floating hammers
• Agricultural chassis without brakes
• Rubber discharge conveyor 3000mm
• Electronic control NO-STRESS
• Manual centralised greasing

As an alternative, the BIO930 bio-shredder can be supplied with an agricultural chassis 2 axles with air brake or with a high-speed chassis 80 km/h.

Additionally, the BIO930 bio-shredder can be equipped with various accessories, depending on the customer’s specific needs:
