The Caravaggi Hay and Straw Shredders are innovative and highly efficient machines designed for biomass management in agriculture and for animal bedding. These devices are ideal for chopping and shredding hay and straw, optimizing the storage process and improving usage in the livestock sector.
TPFs are characterized by remarkable versatility, capable of chopping both loose straw and squared baled straw from various cereal types. Thanks to their sharp knives and robust feeding system, TPFs ensure a uniform and precise cut, minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency. This capability to work effectively allows for the production of a high-quality finished product.
Another key feature of the TPFs is their adaptability. Each model is equipped with an interchangeable screen, allowing the farmer to choose the screen size based on the specific needs of the operation. The Caravaggi range offers two models of TPFs:
- TPF15 with a hopper diameter of 600 mm
- TPF8 with a hopper diameter of 800 mm
The TPF15 can be powered by a single-phase or three-phase electric motor, gasoline engine, or PTO (Power Take-Off) from a tractor. The TPF8, on the other hand, can be powered by a three-phase electric motor or PTO from a tractor.
