Windrow turners are essential machines for professional composting, designed to move, aerate and oxygenate organic material, accelerating decomposition and improving compost quality.
By using them, a more homogenous product is obtained, and maturation times are reduced, optimising the entire organic waste management process and increasing operational efficiency.
Our range includes two high-performance models:
- RIVO280, with a working width of 2800 mm and a working pile height of 1400 mm
- RIVO300, with a working width of 3000 mm and a working pile height of 1600 mm
Both models are available in a tractor-driven version with PTO, ideal for those with a tractor, and in a version powered by a Stage V diesel engine, which complies with the latest environmental regulations to reduce emissions and ecological impact.
Our windrow turners offer working height adjustment of the rotor, adapting to different operating requirements and types of material.
In addition, in the tracked diesel versions, the speed of the turning rotor can also be adjusted, ensuring optimal control of the working process and greater precision in compost handling.
The motorised versions are equipped with a control seat as standard, but a closed cabin with seat can be installed on request, for greater operator comfort and protection. Furthermore, to improve the composting process and optimise the moisture content of the processed material, our turners can be equipped with a 1000 litre water tank and nozzles positioned above the rotor, allowing the material to be moisten during processing and improving the quality of the final compost.
